MULTIPOND ADVANTAGES INCLUDE: Every Weigher is Customized to Suit Your Product/Application:The result is the best possible speed, accuracy and product handling characteristics available on the market. "off the self" solutions, although providing good delivery, cannot provide the same level of performance as a customized solution.
The performance of any weigher is dependant on the
following:

If you current supplier does not
provide a customized solution then the performance will be compromised.
Easy to Clean and Maintain:
Maintenance, cleaning and product changeovers are easily carried out and require minimum time. All pre-feed, weigh and memory hoppers are interchangeable. Without using tools they can be easily removed and replaced. Vibratory drives of the central distribution cone and feed trays are integrated with the machine body which considerably reduces cleaning time and damage.

Automatic Calibration Guarantees Precision:
Highest accuracy and availability are guaranteed by the DMS-weigh cells. Each of the weigh cells is equipped with a precision weight unit, surveying and calibrating the weighing procedure at regular intervals. Influences by temperature and air humidity common to competitive systems are reliably compensated for.
Highest Speed and Accuracy:
The settling characteristics and response time of the weigh cells are constantly monitored. A newly developed digital multiple frequency filter eliminates troublesome vibrations and ensures quick and exact evaluation of the weigh signals.
The hoppers are equipped with double flaps and are actuated by stepper motors with programmable opening speeds.
The combined use of plastic and double flap system ensures quick and complete discharge of even sticky products. Due to its low dead weight settle times are considerably reduced .
For preference and/or extreme applications MULTIPOND naturally offers stainless steel, hygienically designed hoppers.
